History
Former police detective with the NYPD. Vito realized what was happening
early on, stayed around long enough to ensure the safety of a few
relatives and associates, and has since then simply ... disappeared. He
has dropped off the grid, living in squats around SoHo and working his
network of street contacts for information, money or the means of
producing it (contraband), and avoiding contact with the Guardians. He
knows that he can make little difference on his own, but perhaps with
the right allies, when the time is right ...
