Kevin Maxwell: Werewolf

Kevin  Maxwell, at first glance, might appear to be a slackerly teen. He is, however, an aspiring musician whose band, Never Cry Wolf, may actually be a musical sensation someday if they can manage to get it all together. Right now, he's lucky if he can get the band to all play the same tune at the same time, but his vocal talent and lyric writing skills are carrying the band to brighter places. Now, if he could only stop getting furry and insane once a month, life would be peachy. He's pretty happy with his life in the Last- and is particularly happy with his girlfriend, Danielle.

History:
Kevin was born sixteen years ago on August 5th, the youngest child of middle class parents. His older sister Hannah was always looking out for him when he was little, and he idolized her. She was always encouraging him to do his best in school, and to read and study. Kevin was a fairly outgoing and friendly child - when he went to high school he was looking forward to paritcipating in chorus and school plays thanks to his great singing voice.  However, while staying after school to try out for chorus, he heard a strange noise in the woods. Investigating, he found a bizarre creature - half man, half wolf, which set upon him. He was rushed to the hospital and barely survived- but what no one realised was that he'd been infected with lycanthropy. When the first full moon rose, he savagely murdered and ate his own parents. Hannah was away on a teacher study trip, fortunately for her. Kevin called her the next morning, panicked and covered in blood. She rushed home, figured out what was going on, and helped him cover up the deaths. Every full moon since then, Hannah has chained Kevin up carefully, but he fears what might happen if he someday escapes again. He is also very sad inside about his parents deaths, and feels responsible and guilty, even though he couldn't control his actions. He began slacking off in school, and turned to criminal activities both for the thrill and to bring in a bit of extra money as they were always close to broke. Late in sophomore year, however, he returned to his first interest - music. He and some of his friends have formed a band, Never Cry Wolf, and are trying to make it into the big time - maybe even playing at the Bronze. Of coruse, they've got a long, long way to go... Kevin was a bit wary when his sister started dating Cory Albright, but was soon happily settled at the Last Resort. He enjoys being a part of the team, and tries to help out every way he can. He spends a lot of his time writing lovesongs to his girlfriend, Danielle, and enjoying her company.
