Spike: Vampire

Spike was a bad-ass vampire once, until love, and a pesty chip, defanged him. Spike is the only one of the original cast members to make the cut into full-time screen time in the Sunnydale Slayers series. Notable changes in Spike in this series include the fact that he's in a stable, loving relationship based on tenderness, not violence- and that his chip seems to have blown out entirely (Slayer suckling is good for the soul.) Of course, whether the chip will eventually destroy his brain remains to be seen. Spike loves Tamara and has a healthy amount of friendship towards Cory and Kevin (he likes Kev's occasional 'asshole' quality, and respects Cory) - but is usually indifferent towards the rest of the Last.
