Notes to the Player
While Actors have the most difficulties in getting work, other staff members have their own applications to file. This is the equivalent of their 'character sheet' - it lets us know a bit more about your Staff member, and helps to influence things about your character (and determining what 'good roleplaying' in your case amounts to!) The better you represent your Staff, the better known they'll become!
So what does all of this mean? Well, most of the information on here is for purely informational reasons. However, the 'please rate yourself' section is Serious Business. If you want to play a hulking giant, you'd mark them up with a high Physical, and perhaps a low Emotional and/or Charisma rating. These numbers are used to determine how good your Staffer is at various things. If they ever go into Acting, it'll also help determine how popular they are. If they ever have to compete with Actors or other Staff (say, a security guard bodily hauling a paparazzi out of the area), these numbers are a reasonable estimate of who's more likely to win out in a competition.
One attribute that is particular to Staff is Loyalty - a vague measure of how likely someone is to remain true to their job description. In general, a 10 stands for the epitome of integrity ... whereas a person with a Loyalty of 3 is probably stuffing their pockets with office supplies.
In short, there's no dice rolling here, so these numbers are just arbitrary - if entertaining - little figures to help track how true to form a Staffer is doing. In the end, don't worry too much about them.

8 - Pete is reasonably loyal, but does occasionally work for other businesses. He also might be willing to look the other way for a few minutes if he has something else to occupy his time.

Addiction: Movies -- Pete really, really, REALLY loves the movies; working on a studio lot is like a dream come true for him. Unfortunately, this also means that he sometimes gets overwhelmed by all of the glitz and glamour.
