The Port City of Cragworn

Cragworn is fairly well-defended by natural and man-made barriers - the reefs outside of its fishing waters, and a wall established about half a mile from the edge of the city proper - but does not have much of an Imperial presence; it has no Glory Outposts at this time, nor does it have standing barracks for the Army. It is currently under the jurisdiction of the merchant master Ilsibon Reeves, who has settled on using negotiations and settlements to keep the town reasonably orderly instead of focusing on a heavy military presence. The town guard is lightly equipped most of the time, and mostly staffed by volunteers who bring their own tools to the job. As with many security officers, their task is often to defuse situations before they become openly violent, and use violence as a last resort. Crimes committed in Cragworn result in a trial judged by Reeves as well as a small jury of seven locals; the accused must defend himself against any accusations leveled.
